Brother that aint rust, you need foundational skills that are clearly lacking
Constant-Body-3429@reddit (OP)
I swear I just have the worst memory but I did take some training courses before!
CoupDeBraah@reddit
Keep your finger off the trigger when youre not firing
Muzzle down range always, no lower than 35-45° and no higher than your backstop
Learn how to clear malfunctions. Quick and easy and works for most common malfunctions is SPORTS look that acronym up.
Constant-Body-3429@reddit (OP)
I’ll remember that! Thanks for the link means a lot! Hope to show massive improvement soon 🤘💯

You probably have what like $1000 into that gun? Save up some money and get some hands on training with a firearms instructor
BilboDabinz@reddit
What makes you say a Glock has $1k in it?
Constant-Body-3429@reddit (OP)
Gucci Glock fr
Twissn@reddit
Just guessing based on the red dot. I could certainly be wrong though.
Constant-Body-3429@reddit (OP)
a rxm got the full sized grip and 100$ optic plus 8 mags (6high capacity) is well over 800$
Constant-Body-3429@reddit (OP)
Solid advice appreciated fr!
betelgeuse_3x@reddit
It’s the gloves.
unlucky13bethename@reddit
Lock your slide to rear like push the slide lock up when you pull it back and remove the failure.
kwb166@reddit
Could be a bad magazine, could be the magazine wasn't fully seated, could be weak ammo, could be the gloves were dragging on the slide and slowed it enough to cause the malfunction...could be a hundred other things.
Did you try a different magazine? Did you try shooting it without the oversized gloves? Did you try different ammo? Did you try any problem solving before coming to Reddit?
Constant-Body-3429@reddit (OP)
I just been winging it ngl but I did read the manual!
CoupDeBraah@reddit
What manual says keep finger on trigger when clearing malfunction?
sla342@reddit
You can make yourself wayyyy less nervous next time just locking the slide to the rear. Then drop the mag..
Constant-Body-3429@reddit (OP)
Definitely will do that! I was so worried about wasting ammo💀
ecodick@reddit
You can just pick it up off the ground, brush off the dirt, and put it back in the mag.
Constant-Body-3429@reddit (OP)
Frfr! I was so worried for nothing💀
mister_dray@reddit
the magazine for 1
HeadlessThompsonGunr@reddit
Tap and rack and Jesus get your booger finger away from the trigger when clearing.
PsychologicalLet674@reddit

PassageTraditional40@reddit

GREAT HEAVENS
Constant-Body-3429@reddit (OP)
I see what yall mean now! You right tho these gloves are not the best for feeling my fingers, I learnt from this
HeadlessThompsonGunr@reddit
Didn’t want to be harsh but was worried for your safety.
Constant-Body-3429@reddit (OP)
Not harsh thanks for the info it means a lot! I definitely will train more safer next time🤘💯
Big_Z_Diddy@reddit
FUCKING TRIGGER DIDCIPLINE!!!
LedFarmer_@reddit
Brother. Ditch the gloves, get a feel for the gun. It won't explode, treat it with force and take your finger off the trigger.
Constant-Body-3429@reddit (OP)
Thanks for the advice, I’ll remember that! Definitely couldn’t feel much with the gloves and got lucky for real!!
LedFarmer_@reddit
Np, we all had to learn this eventually. Good shooting!
truckensafely@reddit
Finger off the trigger soldier
VenerableSage@reddit
Tap and rack! I don't think the magazine was seated properly.
Constant-Body-3429@reddit (OP)
I think you’re right! I just would load it like the manual said and didn’t have problem til now!
