Looks delicious
EL_ProfessionalHater@reddit
People say pide but it looks too messed up, pide is some sort of pie.
This one looks like that one food with lamb, eggplant, yogurt and spices (which tastes REALLY good)... maybe too much yogurt, sauce looks pale af and not infused with the spices.
tsuzukete00@reddit
Must be turkish because this overly grilled green pepper is in every turkish dish for some reason
Sea_Gap_6569@reddit
you don’t know how delicious is this
tsuzukete00@reddit
Yeah i actually don't cause our cuisine is different.
Sea_Gap_6569@reddit

tsuzukete00@reddit
Turkish food look nice on google but also too heavy. When i go to Turkey i eat from McDonald's. But thanks.
DuePositive8957@reddit
Thats the most damaging thing I’ve been told all week
Sea_Gap_6569@reddit
If Imam bayıldı is heavy, I don’t know what’s not heavy

If you ever travel abroad, you should try it - it’s delicious! 😍😋

Looks like leftovers you would give to a dog.

American?
Substratas@reddit
Isn’t this the dish Italians stole very long ago and decided to call it pizza? Even the name is very similar iirc.

alinazik. but appearantly not a good one.
Hopeful_Addition7834@reddit (OP)
Thank you.
When I saw it, I thought: 🤤
How is a good one?
radyo-dy@reddit
eggplant/yoghurt ratio looks off. needs chilli infused butter on top, not chilli and butter seperately. and that looks like beef instead of lamb but not sure about that part. it's a very very delicious dish of my hometown btw.
herostratus_@reddit
Ali nazik, it is lamb with an eggplant base. It is already a gluten-free dish. Pide, bread around is not really a part of the dish.
iamunwhaticisme@reddit
I'm kinda confused. If the white section was yoghurt and there was no bread beneath it, it would be Ali Nazik kebab. If the base is completely dough, then it's pide, most likely "kuşbaşı kaşarlı pide".

Whatever it is, I would pay alot for it.
