Routine maintenance list?

Financed a vehicle last year at 103,000 miles for 5 years and already at 113,000. Already massively underwater and was wondering what the most important things to keep maintained are every X amount of miles. Only had the oil changed twice and new tires put on. It is a 2020 GMC Terrain 4 cylinder 1.5 turbo.

Engine oil every 5-10k miles with a full synthetic and filter change.
Auto Transmission oil, spark plugs, fuel filter each around every 50k miles.
Coolant change every ~3 years.
New Dampers (and strut tops) after 100k miles, when you have the time, unless you feel the bouncing, then accelerate.
Inspect ball joints, springs, end links, bushings every 10k miles. (And listen for noises).
Keep an ear out for misfire check engine light around 100k miles to buy new coils.

Already at 10k miles? Most people average 10-12k miles a year.
Underwater, well that really just means you didn't make a smart choice up front... A 5 year loan on a car with 100k at probably a giant APR means you were underwater the day you left the dealer.
Your maintenance list is in the owners manual

This should be printed in the back of your owner's manual.
