Do you have a question or were you simply sharing your discovery?

Colors on USB ports can indicate different kinds/speeds of the ports, or can just be part of the theme.
Windows should automatically install all necessary drivers to get all of your hardware fully working. If something is not working, go to the devices's website and check for special drivers there. Usually found under support using a serial or part number.

manual is here - https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-b450m-a/helpdesk_manual?model2Name=PRIME-B450M-A
You should be able to find a diagram and figure out excatly what it is.

Yeah that sounds like the BIOS Flashback USB port. It is usually a different color and only that port works for flashing.
If your board POSTs now you are golden, just leave the USB out unless you need to reflash again.
