Edi Rama’s tweet at Greece’s ex prime minister, Aléxis Tsípras, about the current issue in Albania. Thoughts?

Can anyone ELI5 what's the current issue with the Greece<>Albania relations right now?
Last years poll Greeks noted they disliked Albania as much as us, which is quite impressive considering we've been trolling them for about 30 years.

Seems like a well written message, what has happened though? There have been protests by Albanian Greeks against Rama?
EmptyBrilliant6725@reddit
Nope. The guy who got badly attacked is an albanian but it appears to also have greek citizenship. So basically a citizen of two countries.
Then greece being greece went on a rant.
If the guy was albanian or greek it is still OUR country we are protecting for.
Rama is using the greek stance(or they did it all together with greek gov) as a way to mud the waters against the protesters and sorta claim "im protecting you, look greece.."
Nobody is being fooled by that bullshit tho. We have been stoled and oppresed for so long we finally hit the breaking point. Its not just for narta lagoon anymore
theTRULYdeadguy876@reddit
no this doesnt involve albanian greeks
in the first protest at the future building site, among the 14 injured protesters, one of those 14 protesters was part of the greek minority in albania

No all Albania against Rama but he is making it like it’s something to do with Greece to divert attention. Main slogan is both Rama and Berisha should be in Prison!
OkoMushrooom@reddit
You may not like him but he’s got style
AfterSwordfish6342@reddit
This has nothing to do with greece, there are massive protests in albania and hes trying to divert attention
He is grapsing at straws because for the first time there are real broad protests in albania since the 90s
AdvantageStatus4635@reddit
guys, don't fall for a color revolution trick like our opposition did
AfterSwordfish6342@reddit
What happend exactly? Just so we know not to repeat the mistake
People here trust neither party as they are supposed to be opposition but now that shit is getting real they are supporting eachother publicly lol
AdvantageStatus4635@reddit
Well, our opposition protested in front of a building that needs to be demolished so Trump can build his billion-dollar hotel.
And when Kushner abandoned the project, Vučić said, 'Look how the Albanians will get a billion-dollar investment, and we lost it because of the opposition.
AfterSwordfish6342@reddit
Ah yea hes already trying to pull a similar move
AdvantageStatus4635@reddit
I add one more paragraph in the above comment.
AfterSwordfish6342@reddit
Ah missed that, damn thats crap fucking hate foreign gouvernaments interfering and not letting the people decide and proper by themselves
Frosty-Surround-3199@reddit
The demonstration are getting bigger against his shitty government, so he is trying to get the attention elsewhere.
RandomRavenboi@reddit
Ah shit, here we go again.
Can't wait to see a pissing match between the two for the rest of the week.
