Bought an Freego f3 ebike need to shorten seat 1-2 inches

So i bought the Freego F3 pro shotgun bike. The bike says its 3ft in total height. Im 5'38 just about 5'4 but when I go on the bike the tips of my shoe just barely just barely touch the floor. Sometimes not even at all. Is there any way I can lower the bike an inch or 2 to get at least my half my foot touching the ground? Otherwise I gotta rely on doing a wierd maneuver that still lets me touch the ground.

you can theoretically take out the seat+cover. Then cut the padding/foam out. Besides that, there is no other way.

These moped style e-bikes cannot have their seats raised or lowered, which makes handling and cycling them efficiently all but impossible.
The only two options I can think of are changing the seat out for a lower profile one or swapping the wheels out for an 18 inch set. Changing the seat is going to only get you a little bit of height and makes the ride much less comfortable. Swapping wheels is costly but would lower the height considerably.
Honestly I would just try to deal with it as is, or hope platform shoes are back in style.

Any recommendations on which brand for lower seats. I've been looking extensively but can't find any good ones

If you can take the seat off, you might be able to reupholster with a thinner foam pad yourself.

Feet touching the ground isn't generally how you fit someone to a bike with pedals except small children. It's more relevant to consider leg position when one pedal is at the bottom of the stroke. If you watch anyone come to a stop on a bicycle they come of the saddle with their weight on the pedals and then put one for or the other down on the ground. If you are never going to use the pedals by all means try to get the seat that low, but if you try to pedal with it way down your knees are not going to thank you.

you might be able to have the seat itself redone with less padding
