Bro, I jumped on that deal! A little bit of advice some of these stores to offer a layaway program so it’s like you don’t even feel it if you’re at all hesitant. I live by those deals. It just makes it hurt a lot less problem was I had put three items on layaway at the same time so be careful! I got that and a hush puppy from them.

Be aware that that suppressor won’t be eligible for warranty from B&T AG, if B&T USA doesn’t survive the litigation against them. Kind of wary of buying anything B&T right now. I do love my own TP9, regardless, but I’m annoyed that I bought my suppressor for it the week before the litigation was announced. https://bt-ag.ch/en/

Pretty much what the other two said. Not to mention this, but B&T USA has tons of orders that they’ve taken people’s money on with no product to deliver and are fighting on avoiding issuing refunds.

B&T and B&T USA are different companies, one being mostly in the business of distributing the products of the other. Evidently B&T USA hasn't been paying their bills to B&T for products delivered, and there's a lawsuit that's now been filed by B&T trying to take away the B&T name from B&T USA.

Now, the fuzzy issue here is that the USA company actually produces quite a number of suppressors mostly independently of B&T, and there's a good chance if the two companies officially part ways your only the USA company, which would likely be in a situation of, well, bankruptcy, would be on the hook for warranty for your can, which puts you kinda SOL.

B&T USA divorced from the real B&T. B&T USA hasn't paid outstanding balances due to the original B&T as a distributor of the Swiss manufactured imports. B&T realized they weren't going to get any of their money back and told B&T USA to stop using their name as they weren't going to be doing any more business with them. B&T USA ignored them and proceeded to keep doing business as usual but are either forced to do their own manufacturing or outsource it somewhere else. Either way they're not going to deliver you anything Swiss made any more unless it's leftover stock.
