Smell?

Is any smell normal when standing near rear of car? I don’t know how to explain it it’s not an exhaust smell or gas smell it’s just like a noticeable smell I didn’t know if it was from how hot the exhaust parts get or what? This is after shutting off my car, it’s a 2022 Bronco sport big bend.

Could be oil leaking into the exhaust if you smell it especially behind the car

I don't really notice any smells coming from healthy, modern cars. If it's burning oil, it might make a burning rubber/plastic sort of smell; if it's burning coolant, it'll make a somewhat similar smell, but kinda sweet; if it's catless, it'll make a sweet smell but without any burning smell.
