If you had to design a semi-auto rotating bolt rifle in .308 that needs to feed and eject from the same side, using a 2 or 4 lugs design, what type of extractor would you use? What type of ejector? The bottom lug must be 11mm wide maximum to clear the feedlips of the mag, and the extractor must be 8mm wide to handle the extraction reliably.

I have a few designs (even dabbled in a sort of mauser type extractor in my wild musings of this design challenge) but i'd be curious of what you guys have to say on the topic !
