Is my county’s pc market bad?

I want to build a new pc with a budget of 300-500$,preferably as little as possible to get an acceptable gaming performance(like im fine with 30 fps and low graphics).I have an rx 580 lying around too,but 2 psu i had connected it with exploded so im not using it rn. Anyways,so after scouring through fb marketplace i was able to find some reasonably priced parts which i will list here
Rx 6600/rx 5700xt for 100$
i3 gen 10 16gb ddr4 rx 6400 pc-230$
rtx 2060 i5 11400f 16gb ram-450$
i3 8100 GTX 1660-400$
Combo I5 6600 16gb ram ddr4 2x8gb Gtx 1660 super 6gb Cooler master 2x fans cpu cooler(i dmed the guy selling if he could sell everything exept gpu)-220$
Ryzen 5 5500 16gb ram ddr4 512gb ssd Rtx 3050-500$
Intel i5-14400 RTX 3050 8GB 16GB RAM DDR4 256GB NVMe SSD-500$
Dell OptiPlex 3050 SFF, Intel i5 Gen7, 8GB DDR4, 128GB SSD-90$
So how should i go about it,should i look for a prebuilt or build my own,and if my own, what parts should i use?

Does your playlist include any Windows-only anti-cheat competitive e-sports titles (Apex, Fortnite, Valorant, etc.)?

No,not really

So a PC that mimics a STEAM MACHINE would meet your requitements?
Posing this question because if you are open to the concept embodies by the STEAM MACHINE then you can build an equivalent with a CPU that is non-Win11 compliant at a lower cost...

I don’t reqlly understand your question here
OkSystem455@reddit
This is the STEAM MACHINE...
Because its release has been delayed, some people have built their own equivalents...the "DIYs" using Linux-based, gaming-oriented distros:
These DIYs clones can be quite inexpensive.

The video above was released less than two weeks ago. My current two proof-of-concept builds were completed in January with CPUs one generation newer with more powerful GPUs.
This is what they can do running the in-game benchmark of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands for 1080p LOW/HIGH/FSR 2 Balanced: https://imgur.com/a/zuHD7Wm
Being based on Linux, a STEAM MACHINE, official one or DIY, WILL NOT run any software or games that are Windows-only. Hence my question...are you OK with this limitation?

Ah,i see now,im not sure if im ok with the limitation, but i wonder why it must be linux based, what does if offer over a windows build?

First, sorry that the second link above was incorrect; it's fixed now.
Many people have found Windows's AI features intrusive on privacy, and additional, in some instances, things not working the way they "should" be working.
Linux is an immediate alternative, no instrustive AI and tracking, and for supported gaming, can offer better performance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pfRMGQzhIX0

aha,i see and i applaud you for doing this. The only reason im still using windows is because i dont know how to use linux and the windows only stuff

Yeah man, your PC market is definitely screwed. Paying 40-60% more for the same parts is brutal. Import taxes + weak currency + no competition = you getting fleeced.
Where are you from? Maybe someone knows a workaround.
