They should have a departure board so as not to lose track of time and miss your flight. Remember being here when it just the plane.. don’t recall seeing the other rides and playsets

The entrance is just before security and has its own (lighter) security. Unfortunately you can’t take the kids there before your flight unless you’re very early but it’s fun for them on random days when you need something to do

Also a good thing to mention for enthusiasts is that they offer bus tours there on weekends and Wednesdays (except in winter). The highlight is when they let you off the bus near the runway intersection for about 15 minutes so that you can watch/take photos of planes just a 100m away from both runways
