is this a worthwhile upgrade?

I currently have a 7600 XT, paired with a 9600x. I play rocket league and Valorant at 1080p 240 FPS. I also record an edit videos for YouTube. Is the 9060 XT a worthwhile upgrade? The biggest reason I ask this is because I’m looking to get a 1440P 360hz monitor and looking to record in 1440p. Thanks!

Do you have vsync enabled? You should be able to go higher in Valorant.

Your current setup is more than capable of doing 360fps in 1440 in both rocket league and valorant 👍 I have the 7600x and get above 500 so you should be set

[Only about a 35% performance jump](https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/radeon-rx-7600-xt.c4190), I wouldn't unless you're doing the upgrade for cheap. The 9070xt level of performance would be a good performance leap from your current spot.

I would look at GPU and CPU tests compared to what you have to see what performance increase you can expect. If you upgrade the GPU, the CPU may not allow for more FPS, but upgrading the CPU alone won't do much either. (If anything at all for FPS).
