Doesn't look like anything missing but I'd pick up a 9070 or 9070 XT over the 7800 XT. I'd also pick up nicer fans than the thermalrights since this is an aesthetic build with a pretty high budget.

I'm very interested, please explain what you mean by optimized.
Also, why the upgrade on the graphics card?
Is there a reason for nicer fans, as in these will not cool properly or just not look as good compareable to the build?
Any advice or critique is appreciated, it is a higher budget build so I'd like to get it right, one and done essentially.

What is your budget and what is the price of this build as you have spec'd it?
kslice20@reddit (OP)
Current price is like 2,100 I believe, budget isn't exactly a factor. I would prefer to stay under 2,500 if possible. I'm okay spending more on storage space, in trying to degoogle my life and have many years of photos, home videos and such I need to back up.

The [990 pro 4tb]https://pcpartpicker.com/list/VQ6GgB) is like $800 right now and that white rgb corsair ram is $440 so I'd like to see how you fit that into $2100. Is this USD?
As far as your long term storage goes I'd get an HDD. Here's a build with a 2tb SSD for boot and games and 4tb HDD for long term storage. I don't know much about HDDs so this is probably way over spec'd.

Still a bunch of wasted money.
Even for aesthetics the cooler for example completely unnecessary.
Op can easily get an aestheticly pleasing aio with a lcd for under 100 dollars.
Same counts for psu for 90 dollars op can get a white A-tier cybernetics lab tested psu instead.
RealMenOfCardboard@reddit
Yes easily I agree but the goal is to appease OP, not you, and I thought OP would like this.
GeekyNick91@reddit
So? Can still suggest something better value 😉 without loosing on aesthetics.
RealMenOfCardboard@reddit
That's a great idea you should do that in your own comment thread where OP is more likely to see it

Also I play some games on steam.

By optimized I mean like cost to performance.
I'd upgrade the graphics card as part of that optimization, the newer cards are better value for money despite being more expensive.
Any fan is better than no fan which is basically the idea behind thermalright fans; they're not pretty, not particularly quiet, nor do they last particularly long, but they cool fine (like all fans) and are cheap.

I appreciate the advice, I'll look into those graphic cards, do you have a fan recommendation?
RealMenOfCardboard@reddit
Probably Arctic p12 Pro. For a fish tank case you're going to want reverse fans for the intake so that you can see the pretty side and not the ugly side. Normally the best value option is to order a case that comes with fans like the Lian Li vector v100r.
