Difficulty of installing exhaust on 2021 BMW?

An acquaintance of mine has asked me if id be willing to install a downpipe and AWE catback on his 2021 BMW M340i x drive.
I don't own a bmw and never have, im a mustang guy and have done exhaust on my 1995 mustang gt and 2019 mustang gt, Including putting longtubes on the 19, which was a pain (had to remove motor mounts and lift the engine/trans).
I am fairly mechanically Inclined but certainly no pro. I did build the engine in my 1995 mustang with the help of my father back in undergrad (entire engine build, built a stroker motor with heads/cam). My automotive skill level is certainly well beyond the average person, but I have never had any official training. Just wrenching on my cars and my family's cars for the last 25 years. I have access to all the tools I would need.
Ive looked Into the exhaust on the 340i and it truly does not look very difficult from what ive seen, and looks like maybe an afternoon job. Am I correct in that assessment? I dont have a lift but I do have ramps/jacks to crawl around under.
What might a local shop charge for such an install? He offered to pay me and I am not sure what would be fair.
Thank you guys for any insight. While I am a ford guy, I certainly love all performance cars, and the B58 seems to be a truly fantastic engine the more i read and learn about it. Thanks!

When I still had the '22 M340i I installed an AWE exhaust at a local BMW performance shop and they charged me $300.
I'd def recommend having it done professionally given the OE exhaust is one long piece from the cats to the exhaust tips and they ended up cutting it into several pieces to remove it.
BTW the AWE Catback is pretty damn loud on its own so betting it may be too loud if you're doing a downpipe as well, but that will be a personal preference thing.
I've got pics of the post install, DM me if you want to see them
