I just had to do a peri chop a couple months ago. I went on HRTs about 18 months ago, and I’m getting actual regrowth on the sides where it was thinning! But it looked SO WEIRD once it had renewed thickness on the sides of my head and basically unmanageable scraggly ends, so I am temporarily shoulder length-ish until everyone’s reacquainted.

When I think back my life was so easy in high school. I couldn't wait to grow up because I thought I would have more freedom as an adult. Boy I was wrong. I have even less freedom now, just more work and responsibilities. I would love to go back even just for a little while.

I do agree that there is a more narrow cultural scope here, and definitely represents a more tech familiar Xennial community (there were tons of people without Nintendo or computers,) but it's definitely more than one voice!
