Lucky those kids are not mine. I am still very able to take a kid over my knee if necessary (although I likely wouldn't use that approach as punishment for a teen...teens would much rather get a bum swat than get grounded or stuff taken away). Needless to say, they wouldn't have any ebikes or emotos ever again (at least not until they were adults and bought their own).
Here of course the boys would never get away with such shenanigans as most people know each other here. It would be a rather easy matter to determine the culprits.
It's great they are cracking down on such behaviour. And it's good to see parents held accountable for the actions of their kids.
