The Ferrari 456 GT Sedan is a bespoke, four-door version of the standard 456 GT coupe, custom-built by the Italian design house Pininfarina.

Commissioned in the mid-1990s by the Brunei Royal Family (specifically Prince Jefri Bolkiah), it is an ultra-rare piece of Ferrari history.

While Ferrari traditionally left the creation of four-door sedans to other manufacturers, the Sultanate's immense wealth prompted Pininfarina to stretch the 456's chassis.

The company engineered these custom body styles under the "Venice" project name.

Only seven examples of the 456 GT Venice were ever built. Alongside these wagons (or shooting brakes), Pininfarina also designed a highly limited run of 456 Spyders (convertibles) and standard 4-door Sedans.

The sedan retains the standard 456 GT's mechanical layout, featuring a naturally aspirated 5.5-liter V-12 engine that produces 442 horsepower. Buyers could opt for either a manual or automatic transmission.

Unlike standard 456 GT coupes—which were mass-produced for the grand touring market—the bespoke coachbuilt sedans and estates commissioned by Brunei are considered holy-grail collector cars.

Due to the immense secrecy and scale of the royal collection, many of these bespoke cars remained out of the public eye for years before a select few were sold to private collectors worldwide.
