How common is "bojlerizacija" in 30s in your country?

Traditionally, it is very common for people in Croatia to suffer from body boilerization in their 30s particularly men. Bojlerizacija is a process of attaining the physique of a boiler, check image below if you do not know what boiler is
[Bojler]()
Is this process common in other countries as well?

Please we need a picture of a bojlerized person, not of a bojler.

Gotta say this is the first time I hear that term and got a smirk out of me. It's fairly common in Serbia, not overwhelming but not something you can ignore either. Though, I'd say that as time passes that less and less people let this happen to them. Each new generation seems to be taking care of themselves (on average) better than the previous one. Though, some could say that the bar was pretty low to begin with, so everything can be an improvement.
For instance, Serbia has a massive smoking problem, but I think the situation is a bit better than a decade ago. From personal experience, 10 years ago I'd say that 50-60% of the population were smokers, nowadays it feels like it's 40%. Same applies to food. You'd be "made fun of" for not wanting a carb heavy diet. Nowadays? People don't react as much if you tell them that you don't eat bread. Social media might have actually influenced this positively, even if some things tend to be exaggerated or misleading.

Disagree on this. I am a millennial, and in Serbia people my age are, on average, in pretty poor shape. Every 30th person or even fewer seems to care about their health and look. Hardly anyone trains, and many are already starting to turn into middle-aged fluffs...

Huh?
