yeah i've had a girlfriend before and the last time i went on a date was in 2024 when i was a neet. in 2024 in went on three dates with the same woman and it was awesome
This motherfucker has really had more positive female interaction than I, a current college student who also has a full time summer job and real life goals, have had.
"Looks don't matter" people don't know what they're talking about
Eh, not necessarily. In college, I was just weird af but still nice and respectful. Just had major depression and starting smoking weed in high school which made it a lot worse (anxiety + social anxiety + being shy + being high). I didn't necessarily do anything, was just weird. Grew out of it when I manned up and got a real job after dropping out. Ended up with a GF right before I dropped out too, but fucked that up lol
A lot of young people these days don't have many friends and don't participate in many group activities. It doesn't appear at first look that he is any exception. This dude plays a lot of video games, watches a lot of football, and posts a lot of reddit.
Women strongly prefer to find romantic partners through mutual friends and through shared activities.
That puts people into a pretty bad spot when it comes to finding desirable romantic arrangements.
Dude needs to get into some hobbies that hold legitimate interest for him but that are in person and involve a more diverse group of people.

Yeah you looked through my profile so you already know of course, but that's my ideal Saturday. That and a nice walk with my dog, and maybe cooking a tasty meal in the evenings
Not to be rude but 1% commenter here when in college is basically self fulfilling. It’s basically what I did spending too much time online and I regret it. Take advantage of being around people your age. I was told that and wish I took it more serious. Gets harder the older you get. Or maybe I’m just talking to myself about my own regrets lol
Maybe do a little style and body rebrand. Switch some stuff up. Haircut, get into shape if you're not, dress differently, it all makes a difference on first impressions.
I'm a 162cm manlet and got laid with several women, if you are a good talker you can get girls, looks matter yea but a good personality can make up for it
that's already an advantage, your problem is probably that you are boring, good thing is that you can fix that, so don't give up brother, level up your flirt game
I really appreciate your honesty and candor. I don't know if you have aspirations to stop being a NEET, or how important intimacy is to you, but I hope you find what you're looking for. Good luck on the journey.
Genuinely how are some countries giving money like that? I mean, without you being disabled. Cos I assume you are still fairly young, government should have a requirement that you are actively searching employment, no?
I mean zero offense when I ask this but genuinely how do people live like this and not be just, EXTREMELY bored? I can't take more than 2 or 3 days off work without climbing the walls
I feel that but while working. As a neet you can watch or play or read anything you want, but as a normie I'm just shell of a person who only has enough energy to sit on couch after 12h shifts.
I'm headed for the NEET life after two college degrees, 5 years of military service, and 15 years of working as a civilian and I am ready. I'm disabled as fuck, and finally got approved for enough disability to keep supporting my family without having to work. Now I get to spend the rest of my life just chilling with my wife and kids and I'm not even 40 yet.
If anyone calls me a NEET loser, they can just keep waking because I've done so much shit and now I get to reap the rewards. Even if I hadn't accomplished anything, why would I pass up the opportunity to devote the rest of my life to my family and myself instead of some fuckass job that would have a new ass in my seat in a week if I kicked the bucket?
If you're not a burden to anyone else, NEET away I say.
Have an old classmate like this. He dropped out in 9th grade as well. Probably 27-28 and we game with him on discord sometimes. He is on all day every day. He lives in his parents basement and has to take out their dog sometimes. How his parents enable this is beyond me
If it makes Anon feel any better most things you do will never make you feel better about getting old, you'll still very likely be weak and afraid as death closes in.
Based on his choice of image, it doesn't seem like he is. The Thoughts™ reach all of us at some point. 31 is where I started really thinking back on the past 10 years of my life, realizing I achieved fuck all, and then started wondering if I wanted to hit 40 and have the same realization then as I am having now.
Many moons ago I was friends with a kid who dropped outta school age 12. He never explained why. His parents just let him play Xbox all day every day, waking up and passing out whenever.
Occasionally I wonder what ever happened to him. He’ll be at least 25 now, hope he figured something out and isn’t still playing cod zombies literally 18 hours a day.
I have an uncle that's a NEET, somehow makes enough money off of Social Security to live comfortably in a solid apartment and go to concerts nearly weekly. Probably some side hustle that I'm not aware of, but people can survive like this.
Welp, I have a masters in comp sci with 2.5 years experience. Nobody will hire me after my layoff.. If I dropped out in 9th grade, I would be in the same situation. Except I won’t be in debt. Maybe he was big brained afterall.
