Creases and channels in mylar seal. Are these ok?

I'm using the harvest right impulse sealer and these are the seals on my Mylar bags and it looks like they're a little creases and channels. Are these acceptable? Or do I need to do something different? For example should I seal it twice right over the same spot to get rid of these?

If your going to do any quantity of mylar, invest in a proper clam shell type heat sealer- "Hot lips" often the name marketed under. $99. or less now a days and will last decades. Only time I've seen them break is when some of our guys back at the cannery got lazy and dropped them on the concrete floor.
Setting on high, plug it in about two minutes before your ready to seal to get warmed up.
As to your specific pics, etc.- assuming you used oxygen absorbers? If so you will see the bag start to shrink down if your seal was properly done and you used the correct amount of CC with the absorber. If it's been more than 2 days and that hasn't happened then yeah it's not sealed correctly or you skimped on CC with the absorber.
I've always done two lines of heat sealing, making a double width across the top of the mylar.

All I’m finding is the hot lips tube sealer that runs about $2000.

Do they vary in quality much? This is the one you have? I see prices vary a lot.

Why not just an iron?

I wrote "if your going to do any quantity". Won't be cost efficient for the 4 bucket types.
Works a lot better than an iron IME.

I get as much air out as possible, add oxygen absorbers, then seal. I seal once across the end of the bag. Then I fold the bag down and seal again along the fold. Remember that oxygen absorbers absorb oxygen and not air. The bag should shrink some but completely. Since adopting this method, I have not had any problems. I use a hair straightener that I got at Goodwill for $3.

If it can not hold vacuum then don't use it or if you are worried seal it all around.

I always do two seals along side , not on top of each other. The chance of the same crease chanel is greatly reduced

If it's holding a seal, I wouldn't worry about it.
