Are there any Lancia O37s on display in museums or collections east of the Mississippi?

I would commit war crimes to drive one, but given my school teacher status, I'll have to settle for gazingly longingly from behind velvet ropes. Does anybody know where I can see one?

The museum in Philly has some incredible historical rides, but I've never seen a Lancia there. Can I test my luck anywhere else?

It's quite a lot east of the Mississippi, but if you ever find yourself in Europe, make sure to go to a historic rally. Big events, like EHRC events or Rallylegend San Marino usually have a 037 or two on the entry list, you can see them in action still. A lot better than looking at one sitting behind velvet ropes, I assure you, though seeing one behind ropes is nice too.
