Looking to Connect With People Who Are Serious About Skill Development

Hey everyone,
I'm a 3rd-year BTech AIML student.
Lately I've realized that one of my biggest challenges isn't finding resources it's finding people who are genuinely interested in learning and improving themselves.
Most people around me are focused only on passing exams, while I'm more interested in building skills, working on projects, learning new technologies, improving communication, and preparing for the future.
I'm not specifically looking for an accountability group or anything formal. I'd just like to connect with a few like-minded people who are ambitious, curious, and interested in continuous growth. It would be great to discuss goals, share what we're learning, exchange ideas, and build meaningful connections over time.
Has anyone here found people like this online? How did you meet them?
I'd love to hear your experiences.
Thanks!

Learning for the sake of learning never worked.
First define a problem. Start solving it. And just naturally bring more people into it.

Likewise, I am learning and building by myself. There is no one around me with whom i can learn and grow.
