Now all they need to do is find some rubies the size of tangerines.

Up to now, the AMD-65 was (and probably is) a rare sight in the Burmese Civil Wars. The only other group that had significant stores of it was ARSA (Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army),.
Judging by the sunflowers, I would guess the location is between Rangoon and the Dry Zone (Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway).
Some amateur arms analysts think the AMD-65s are smuggled from Vietnamese stocks, but it is also likely an arms dealer acquired them from somewhere else (Afghanistan or Georgia for examples).

I have one of these, Fantastic Guns! Very convenient for vehicles and tight spaces.
Very small and lightweight. Front heavy, but it feels nice when firing repeatedly. Mine is all wood for the hand guard and grips. Sight was canted a bit, so i milled it out on the rear a tad to open the sightringup. Looks more like a post with a U on ladder. Crazy accurate and reliable for steelcass.
Iver the years, the grip has made it so easy to jump out and pop off some rounds from the hip at the Boars and nail em.
