Call them and say you'll take an appointment at short notice at any hospitsl in the area. I did this and it cut a 15 month wait to a week.

I would ask your consultant about the waitlist times, and you an always ask your GP to send an expedite request for the surgery to try and get you seen faster.

I’m in Yorkshire and it was 18 months from being added to the waitlist. You’ll need to ring your hospital to find out your wait but keep in mind it’s subject to change.
The NHS won’t do rhinoplasty as it’s purely cosmetic.
I had a septoplasty plus turbinate reduction. Follow your post op instructions carefully and if you can, get enough pillows to aid sleeping upright for the first few days.

In regards to waiting times, I think you can search up your local trust and check them online - or at least that's how I checked Neurology referral wait times.
