[Build Log] What's better for gaming: 16GB of RAM on one stick or 16GB + 4GB?

I currently have 4GB+4GB on my computer, but that's damn little for me. Should I choose 16GB in one stick or 20GB in two sticks? (motherboard asus prime h410m-k)
