Any advice on this PC build?

My current build is about 6 years old now, so I'm planning to upgrade soon. It has been a while though and I haven't been keeping up much with PCs, so I could use some advice.
Planning to get a 240hz, 4k or 1440p OLED monitor.
Case choice isn't finalised yet.

looks pretty good if I were to change anything I would probably get a higher wattage PSU just for extra headroom and a different case like this

Now I also changed the GPU just because I like the look of this one but the Tuf is a solid model as well

Yeah I've never really cared much about RGB lol, the GPU does look great though.

yeah, the PSU us more just for upgrade head room but also higher wattage PSUs tend to be made from high quality components which leads to lower heat build up and quieter operation also higher efficiency

Made some changes.
Added a better CPU, Mobo, Case
Changed the SSD,GPU to reduce the cost
As this is only a gaming build get the RX 9070 XT 16GB GPU

Oh not sure how I missed the 9850, seems more recent too. I'll probably end up pulling the trigger later this year so I could potentially wait for the next-gen X3D. Also I think I'd rather stick with NVIDIA, I'm planning to do some ai stuff as well

Looks great. Have fun.

Your motherboard and ssd choices were overkill and won't improve performance. I've changed them to options that are cheaper but still good and won't affect performance. Also changed psu to one that's a bit cheaper and higher rated.
These changes allow you to go for a 5080 for the same cost, which will make a difference if you go for a 4k screen. If you go for a 1440p screen then the 5080 would be overkill and a 5070ti or 9070xt will be more than enough. You can just change these out without needing to change anything else in the build.
And for windows you can get cheaper keys on key selling sites for under £20.
