We don’t know what certifications, education or skills you have.
Jumping from IT support to a Linux Administrator in this job market is a big leap.
The lack of effort or critical thinking in your post kinda makes it seem like you just want someone to tell you an easy answer.

I want roadmap which role i can apply for with no production environment experience

Ffs put some more effort in your post. Where are you located, what does "abroad" mean, what systems / tech are you familiar with?
A lack of experience with production Linux systems is only a part of the problem here it seems.

Okay but if you say “Is my plan realistic” in your title, it implies you already have one

Nope do some homework before going

If you put as little effort into your work as you do your reddit posts, no - it’s not realistic.
