Is an rysen 5 9600x and the rx 6750 XT a good combo?

I'm planning on upgrading from an rysen 5600g to an 9600x, and planning on getting an 6750 xt gpu, mainly for 1440p gaming. Just wondering if that's a good combo, without any significant bottleneck, thanks.

Are you noticing any issues playing games as it stands because I have a 6750xt and a 5600 and I have 32gb ram and I haven’t had any issues with any game yet. Even newer AAA games.
My GPU is always my “bottleneck” in games I play and I play at 1440p ultra (no rt cos it’s not worth it on Forza) Currently 80fps pretty steady on Forza horizon 6 and I don’t get any noticeable frame drops
Basically unless you’re noticing an issue in CPU heavy games and it’s causing a noticeable drop in frame rate, then why bother with an upgrade?

Do you think i should upgrade my ram instead of my cpu? Currently using 16gb ddr4.

yes, am4 to 5 is generally a good upgrade

CPU upgrade is massive but I would say the 6750xt is entry level to mid grade for 1440p. I’d imagine you should be north of 60fps in most games on medium-high settings without any ray tracing. You’ll do better in older games but optimization is all over the place for newer titles, so that’s why I said it could be entry level. I used to have this GPU it was fine besides the coil whine and limited headroom for any tweaking. I upgraded to a 7900GRE when that came out and thoroughly enjoy it. I run most of my games north of 100fps on close to max settings with a 7600 cpu and 32gb of ram.

You won't be bottlenecked. My 6700xt is doing just fine with a 7600 on 1440p and the 9600x is far more efficient and effective for single core gaming performance and better lows.

Yeah very solid, you won't notice a lot of uplift from your 5600g but your lows will be better!
