I recommend you first to study and domain a language, in this case, the best option for you is python. You can focus on this language like 1 month or less, and practice the logic in websites like codewars and leetcode.
After that, you can study computer networks, and then, hacking
If you want, I can give you some free resources

Op wants to get into cybersecurity, bro recommends python. Go low level. Learn c/c++. How the fuck do you learn cybersecurity without knowing how computers talk at a low level. Genuinely, what the fuck is op supposed to do? Write discord and telegram bot scripts?

I tell him to start with Python. After he knows about python, he can start learning another technologies.

Stop worrying about the mindset stuff because that only comes once you actually start building your own small projects instead of just following tutorials. Focus on getting comfortable with C since that foundation makes everything in cybersecurity so much easier to understand later.

I'm finishing my second year of cybersecurity
Anything that relates to computer architecture and networking will be of value. Those are your basics. Check CISCO's learning paths. You can find the books online easily and eventually go for the certificate too.
