Is Mainland Aviation worth it for CPL training?

Hey everyone, I’m considering joining Mainland Aviation for CPL training and wanted some honest opinions from people who’ve studied there or know someone who has.
How’s the overall experience in terms of:
flying hours & delays
instructor quality
aircraft maintenance
management/support
Can I work there
overall value for money
Would you genuinely recommend it, or are there better options for a similar budget?
Would really appreciate honest feedback before I make a decision.

Uh, looks like New Zealand?
Context is key.
