Online USA prescriptions?

I have moved to a developing country where I can only buy less effective versions of 2 of my normal meds.
Does anyone use an online service in the states to refill prescriptions? I can’t go in person to a doctor in the US.

Have you seen a local doctor to suggest alternatives? Have you checked availability in neighboring countries? Does this country have large number of visitors from countries where your drugs are available?

The local doctors will write me an Rx for the right med but then I cannot get it filled because no one imports it

And you didnt check this prior to moving or at least bring 6 months worth of medications in?

Dude chill I brought a years worth of meds when I moved I can get basic versions of the meds I need but my health is better with the more expensive options

What are your plans of using the prescriptions?
Sending medication by mail is often a nightmare of red tape and often plain illegal and treated as snuggling.
Foreign prescriptions are rarely accepted and if they are the local pharmacies might not carry your medication.

I want to ship to my mom in the usa and have her bring it when she visits

She might face issues at the border if she's bringing prescription medicine for someone else. The general rule is that the prescription has to be for the person carrying the medicine

She has done it before and they don’t care in my country. But my USA prescription has run out and I can’t get it filled anymore

No, mail order pharmacies in the U.S. won’t ship internationally.
