Clicking noise and movement in the steering/front-end area HappyRun G300 Pro e-moto

Hi everyone,
Yesterday I got into a mild crash on my HappyRun G300 Pro e-moto. It wasn’t too bad—I hit a wall head-on at about 10 mph with the front wheel.
Today I noticed that whenever I apply the front brake, I hear a clicking noise and feel movement in the steering/front-end area. I don’t think the issue is with the brake itself; it seems like braking puts pressure on the steering assembly, which is when the clicking and movement occur.
I’ve attached a video showing where the noise and movement appear to be coming from, along with a photo of the area I suspect may be causing the problem. When I hold the front brake and rock the bike back and forth, I can feel and hear the click in that area.
Does anyone know what might have come loose or been damaged from the impact? Any advice on what to inspect or how to fix it would be greatly appreciated. The handlebars and front wheel are still aligned, and the handlebars themselves don’t appear to be slipping
Thanks!

You’ve crushed a bearing. Time to learn how to replace your headstem bearings.
Also stop running into fucking walls. A 10mph head-on isn’t a “small” impact on a bicycle.

This is where the clicking and noice seem to possible come from.
