I learned how to lucid dream like 15 years ago and it was life changing. I looked forward to sleeping because it was better than watching tv, I actively looked forward to it. I stopped doing it and haven't tried it again, but it was a fun couple months. Idk why I stopped doing it, maybe I lost the ability?
