Okay. So there was this episode where they had to fight with basically rock'em sock'em robots.

The bad guy was about to lose but then he goes. Nobody beats me, because I cheat.

And then I believe he sprayed salt water on the opposing robot.

Okay, i remember one episode where the villain was studying old comic book plots. His plan was to re-enact the exact crimes, BUT obviously without the mistakes. It made too much sense. I don't remember how that was resolved though.
