Putting together my first building looking for some help with the final pieces

I’m picking up a bundle with the PSU and GPU later this week just need some help with completing the rest I don’t know what kind of CPU cooler would be good for this build also if I should get some extra fans for the case there’s a picture with the pre installed fans they are there don’t know if I should get more.
Also is there anything I’m missing?
Pc part list
CPU: ryzen 7 9800x3d
MOBO: MSI pro X870E-P
RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000mhz CL36
GPU: MSI GEFORCE RTX 5070ti Shadow 3x OC
PSU: MSI MPG A850GS PCIE5
SSD: Samsung 990 1TB
CASE: LIAN LI v100 ATX (4 x 120mm fans pre installed)
CPU COOLER:
Extra fans?

The 9800X3D can be easily cooled with air. A dual-tower cooler like the Thermalright Phantom Spirit will be very silent, but for gaming, even a very good single-tower cooler with two fans like the Arctic Freezer 36 will be silent enough.
If you like the optics, you can use an AiO. Thermally, any AiO is overkill, so the brand or model does not matter; go by the looks.
The component that uses the most power is the GPU, and there is no AiO for it, so it is important that it gets much cool air. The Vector V100 does a quite good job of it, but you can improve airflow for the GPU by adding two 120 mm intake fans to the top of the PSU shroud (as in this image). If you have an AiO, you probably want to match its fans. RGB fans should be reverse ones so that the pretty lights are visible from above.

Okay cool thank you for this!! When buying individual fans are the marked as reverse or do I just reverse them myself? And if I go with the regular air cooler for my cpu should I get fans for the top of the case?

You can mount any fan upside-down, but then RGB fans would not look good. So for many RGB fans, there is a separate model with reverse blades.

I appreciate that thank you!
