This just came out of nowhere from SDU low above the southern zone of Rio de Janeiro and keeps circling. Lowest elevation according to FlightRadar24 is 150 feet so far. Any ideas what’s going on?

It circled at least three times, passing the beach very low. On a side note: it is amazing how quiet modern engines have become compared to past times.
