How are people able to afford holidays?

We all know the cost of living is at an all time high, and a lot of us are genuinely struggling to make ends meet, but my Instagram feed is still full of people going on multiple holidays each year and I just can't fathom how? A few years back a holiday abroad each year was feasible for my family, and now even a budget holiday in the UK is unattainable, and this is despite me and my husband receiving good pay rises each year and budgeting well, and living well within our means. We are crippled each month by the cost of rising bills like energy, food and transport and have very little left over for meals out/takeaways, let alone holidays! So the people of the UK - how are you affording to go on holiday in the current financial climate? I need your secrets.
