I have 2 dual-SIM phones and 4 numbers — 2 personal and 2 business, each pair from a different country. Do you split by country or by purpose (work vs personal)? What would you do?

A work phone should only be for things (and numbers) related to that job. Similarly, keep work off your personal devices.
I have 2 numbers from my country of origin (one VOIP and one SIM that I top up as needed) plus a personal local SIM on my personal phone. My work phone comes from my job and uses the number that they assign me.

Makes sense thanks. I’m a business owner, so the work phone comes from myself :). Nevertheless I will separate by business and personal.

Completely unrelated to the sub but, as someone who has worked in all corners of IT (HW, SW, embedded, mobile, cybersecurity...) please never EVER have work and personal things on the same phone.

I asked because some expats may be using SIM cards from different countries and their experience may be valuable. And thanks for the advice, I’m thinking to separate by business and personal.
