Is there any where in the uk you can actually fly a 737 and do a few touch and go circuits?

737 is a multi-pilot aircraft, requiring two qualified pilots at the controls. The only exemption for that is base training (touch and goes in the circuit), where the student technically isn't qualified, as they don't hold the type rating yet. Moreover, the CAA won't permit any flight training to be done in the real aircraft, if there is a full flight simulator available for the type, for safety reasons. This goes for all airliners, I'm afraid. Plus, if you couldn't afford a PPL, you probably can't afford to fly a jet in a circuit - I'd imagine it's at least £10k+ for an hour, and that's with insurance for a nearly qualified person in the right seat. Good news for you, if you rent a modern new Level D simulator, you get 90%+ of the fidelity of flying a real aircraft, at a much cheaper cost, and you can do pretty much whatever you want, and even move between airports, etc. Try that, you'll have unlimited amount of fun.
