ULPT Request Revenge for false allegations

I have a coworker who falsely claimed I sexually harassed her and called me a pedophile. Of course, HR and our boss did nothing about it. I have fellow coworkers telling me she's talking shit on me when I haven't interacted with her for weeks. I am beyond appalled by this behavior and am looking for revenge. I was interested in sms bombing but it is unfortunately illegal. Eagerly awaiting advice, thanks for your time.

Talk to Hr and your manager

Lol as mentioned in the post, they said "okay cool we cant do anything its a he said she said, just avoid each other."

And you say she’s still being aggressive about this. It’s escalated.

I'd get an attorney. She's already falsely charged you for sexual harassment, if she gets sms bombed, etc., she's going to accuse you no matter what.

Good point, what could an attorney realistically do for me? I would have multiple witnesses (at least 2 or 3 guaranteed) corroborating my story and confirming she said these things to them. As HR said it's a 'he said she said' and I'm curious if anything would hold real ground.

Maybe send her a letter letting her know if she keeps harassing you you'll get a restraining order, sue, etc.
A letter from an attorney can shut up a lot of people.

Attorney could make piss discs
Helpful-Salt83@reddit
Defamation possibly

I would imagine something along the lines of defamation or slander? Not sure if it's worth pursuing.

Well, a cease and desist letter delivered from an attorney via an official process server would deliver a helluva "fuck around and find out" statement. Even if you can't actually afford to bite, the bark might be enough to get her off your ass
Ambitious-Concern-42@reddit
In Canada at least, creating a hostile work atmosphere is actionable. So document everything.
SalisburyWitch@reddit
She’s saying you’re a pedophile and you sexually harassed her. She’s trying to get you fired and locked up. I think it’s worth defending yourself. Your lawyer starts with a cease & desist letter, which should be enough to stop normal people.

Intentional infliction of emotional distress.
i-am-foxymoron@reddit
First off you need to be documenting EVERYTHING. I'm not an attorney, so I would post that question to r/legaladvice.
This-Room4678@reddit
just get an attorney, any retaliation towards her will only make it seem like she's right. she accused you of sexual harassment, don't prove her right by harassing her. if you do retaliate anyways, at least wait a couple months or it'll be very obvious.
Future-King-8607@reddit (OP)
Yeah, i wish the proper channels did anything about it. I didnt really have faith in hr at work but I figured it's the least I could do to get ahead and have it documented.

HR is there to protect the company, not you. If you want them to act, you need to put it into terms on why this is bad for the company while also protecting yourself. The suggestions on key phrases to use is exactly the approach and put it in writing so that they have to act.
Zeebird95@reddit
If your work isn’t doing anything about it. Your lawyer will probably go after them as well. You might get paid
AggravatingBid8255@reddit
As others said, that may give you a case against your employer

Brightly tattoo your penis and document it. When she can’t describe it in court she will be proven to be a liar.
magseven@reddit
Start an intimate relationship with one of her parents. Next time she publically accuses you of pedophelia, exclaim, "Would a pedophile do this?!" and proudly roll the footage of you passionately giving it to her elderly father.
GreatBoneStructure@reddit
Finally an unethical tip!
ayleidanthropologist@reddit
Record every interaction, with HR as well, the rumors, everything
Haggis_HotPocket@reddit
Sucks. I had an evil bitch pull the same thing. But at 63 I was financially, personally, emotionally ready to go.
HR backed me. 0 support from boss
So, retired early. Thanks evil bitch without life partner (suicide). I would have killed myself too if I was close to you. .
I am genuinely living a spectacular life. You. Still an evil bitch?

She is making a Hostile Work Environment. That is the legal term. That is what you say to management. If they do nothing, get a labor lawyer.
GooseNYC@reddit
Get a lawyer to, at a minimum, send her a cease and desist letter.
SalisburyWitch@reddit
Hire an attorney and take her to court for defamation. Both are serious accusations. Then have your attorney ask your company why they allow this defamation to continue.
idontknowshtf@reddit
Not ULPT - you need to use special keywords when talking to HR, such as "hostile working environment" and "labor lawyer"
No harm to consult with an actual labor lawyer
Future-King-8607@reddit (OP)
I may have to consider a labor lawyer, thank you
