Tomorrow is national scone day. A. How do you pronounce? and B. How do you eat?

Is it scon or sceuwn? I just learnt there is such a thing as Devon or Cornwall way. I like to cut mine up like a loaf to maximize spreading surface, to then pile up as much clotted cream as I can (usually as thick as the slice I created). I know I'm a savage. I am not a fan of jam at all, but lemon curd on them is amazing!

Rhyming with 'gone'. Usually jam on the bottom and cream dolloped on top, but depends on the consistency of the jam.

Normally with butter and jam, we only get cream of we are feeling fancy I'm due to make scones tomorrow, although won't be allowed to eat them until Sunday
