Is it scon or sceuwn?
I just learnt there is such a thing as Devon or Cornwall way.
I like to cut mine up like a loaf to maximize spreading surface, to then pile up as much clotted cream as I can (usually as thick as the slice I created). I know I'm a savage.
I am not a fan of jam at all, but lemon curd on them is amazing!
