Hello everyone, after a long while im planning to upgrade my pc a bit, but im struggling at choosing between power supplies.

My PC specs are:

CPU — 12th Gen Intel i5-12500 3.0 GHz

Motherboard — GIGABYTE Z790 gaming X AX

RAM — 16 GB

2 HDD

1 SSD

1 BD writer

The two PSUs in the title are the ones i stopped by so far and those are the ones i can fit in my budget. Both of those have 12v-2x6 cables and ATX 3.1, aswell as PCIe 5.1, so i would like to know if they are compatible with my motherboard. Also im planning on putting in GPU Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060TI GV-N506TGAMING-8GD 1.0 8GB GDDR7, so i will greatly appreciate if someone can tell which PSU is better for that and why!
