What kind of port is this and where can I find a 20AH battery that'll slide right in?

Voltage. You need to look for the same voltage, not capacity

You could go with a 54v and overvolt the motor for better performance and range without worrying about burning anything up. And the new battery will come with a new base plate.

If your battery lets say is 48v and you somehow put a 96v battery in, your bike will go up in flames. Look for the same voltage. Wrong voltage is bad

Don’t worry about matching the base plate.
The new battery will come with a new baseplate.

What's the connector? It may be worth just swapping the battery and mount together.
