Your main post question is weird on the other hand. “Turning in black friendly tourism” means we’re specifically working towards that, or that it wasn’t like that and it’s changing. There is no special policies to attract black people specifically, and there is (thankfully) no systemic racism towards black people in Albania, because of our lack of common history. It just so happens, we are more open to the world than ever, and we’re seeing this newfound diversity.

Getting a tourist visa in Albania is easy, Africans who can't afford Greece or Croatia or can have their Schengen visas accepted come to Albania.

Albania doesn't really attract rich tourists yet as we don't have that infrastructure, maybe Ivanka's monopoly in the southern Albania can change something
