They take many liberties with their weapon designs in addition to sometimes just having models be wrong or altered purposely, some weapons like the Fennec (Vector) from MW2019 don't even have the right proportions as noted by Jonathan of the Royal Armories in the UK on YouTube.
Yes many animations and wepaons can be right, if not absolutely stellar, that doesn't mean they don't take a lot of liberties

Dude's ballistic mask has differently shaped eyeholes, textures show noise common to AI image generstion, and the visible bits of gun and optic don't match anything real.
