ive heard plenty of times people saying that 6000mhz and cl30 is a sweet spot cpu and price to performance wise, you can maybe just look up ur cpu name + ram sweetspot and it will tell you a good speed

Yes. As all DDR5 RAMs are. U can cheap out and still have a murder performance as long as CPU and GPU is strong enough. 5200MHz CL whatever does the job. Margin of performance gain of premium RAM is low.
