Help regarding pc build

Should I get a rtx 5060 8gb($ 337) 2×16gb ddr4 build or a rx 9060xt 16gb($ 463) 1×16gb ddr4 build (both include 1080p monitor) And once I get one of these builds, I will not able to upgrade expensive components like ram for atleast 5 to 6 years

I've thought it was 5060ti of 8GB, I've found a model sold at 329€ with VAT (23%), but I don't like single RAM stick (they supposed to be double to be dual channel) (if you're thinking in buying another on the future it might not work, because they can change the chips provider).

The 5060 it's inferior to the 9060XT of 8GB and 16GB, but the 5060ti is better than both if you don't use the full 8GB VRAM, since you're using a 1080p monitor, and 9060XT won't run a AAA game at 1080p ultra to use more than 8GB VRAM.

It's a shame they don't sell entry level 12GB VRAM models like Intel. If it's possible you should get the 9060XT 16GB+ 2x DDR4 sticks (2x8GB or 2x16GB).

It depends on what you need for - if you're playing online games, you'll need a better CPU; if it's 3D games, you'll need a better GPU.

A single DDR4 port cannot form dual channels, which may affect gaming performance. If 16\*2 is not allowed, then replace with 8\*2. However, your motherboard has several memory slots, and memory prices are too expensive nowadays. In the short term, 16GB should be sufficient for gaming，Can it be done in one go with 16\*2?

The motherboard I selected only has 2 slots, so I I get the 8gb×2 it will be problematic getting to 32 gb

Go with the RX 9060 XT and 2×16 GB if at all possible. A single 16 GB stick for 5 to 6 years is gonna suck since you lose dual channel and you are hard locked on RAM capacity. If your budget is tight, I would rather drop to a cheaper GPU tier and still get 32 GB dual channel than lock myself into 16 GB for the whole life of the system.

And by the comparisons I have seen, the difference is not even that much in most games. And the 5060 has dlss and frame gen too which I can use if anywhere needed

Go with the RX 9060 XT and 2×16 if you can swing it, but whatever you do, do NOT lock yourself into 1×16 for 5 to 6 years. 16 GB is already starting to feel tight in some newer games and single channel RAM is a straight up nerf. Better idea is slightly worse GPU + 32 GB dual channel than a better GPU stuck on 16 GB single channel for half a decade.
