How to track maintenance and expanses?

yeah i konw.. tracking expanses is a good thing to get sad fast.. especially when it is about boats 😃 buuut how do you track your tasks that you have to do before the season starts? motor maintenance, new ropes, deck repairs and so an? Im honest: i'm asking because i often think about making an app for it. i got very good feedback at a german forum and so on but i didnt start because i had a lot of work to do at my main business. But i kept it in my mind because i love sailing, i love the people and i really love the idea of making something impactful in this area have a good day!
