You're a woman after my own heart. I got a 76 D100 when I was 16. Slant 6 with a 3 on the tree. Its my favorite car I've ever owned. I sold it to my dad when I need money years ago, but he promised me he'd never sell it. I love old Dodges. Only bad thing about them is the electrical grounds suck, I was always having trouble with the tail lights.

I love my truck id never sell it i havent had any electrical issues well i rewired it all myself so everythings still new for thw tail lights i ended up soldering wires to the case and grounded em to the housing better the factory solder likes to fall out

Honestly, just check out harmon.my. It’s a social app built for car logs and tracking mods. Used it to get rid of my messy iPhone notes list, plus it’s cool to see what your friends are running on their builds without having to text them for a spec list.

Current plans swappin the bed to either one that matches the cab or a long bed stepside either dropping a big block or throwing a set of ported magnum heads and a bigger cam need to finish re doing the interior annnd possibly painting it

Its a dodge so probably a 440 or a 383 no one i figured it out myself my dad wasnt exactly keen on teaching me stuff

That is exactly the way I’ve had to learn. Took a lot of f ups to get decent too but now the farmer blood in me has taken over and here I am with a couple rebuilds under my belt

97 c1500 short box Building an old school 383 stroker with a sbc 400 crank and rods, vortec heads. Total junkyard motor but thats to tie me over till I rebuild my 454

Man I wanted a w150 so bad but I live in the rust belt and couldn't find one that wasn't rotten. Got a 77 square body instead. It's nice and all but these dodge trucks are just cooler looking.

nice. 360 engine? I had a yellow '73 with bucket seats and twin 25 gallon fuel tanks. one tank behind the seat and one under the bed. they filled in the same hole, you just had to twist the gas nozzle upside down to fill one

Yeah its a 360 bored 30 over. Mines got a 90s chevy obs seat and one 20gal tank i took the one out of thw cab cause it had rust holes and liked to fill the cab with gas fumes. Thats awsome love that
