Tried the Kraft Dinner Cheesy Cheesecake

Kraft Dinner (aka KD / boxed Mac n Cheese). The cheesecake had a graham crust, a "cheesy" cheesecake, and topped with cheese sauce and KD cheese powder... the cheesecake itself was great, but then I got a mouthful of cheese powder, and it immediately went to nope not so good.

Why wouldn't you use a ritz cracker or something instead of graham cracker 🤢 if you're going for a cheesecake feel but savory.

Heeey~ wait a second there.... Okay yep I'm trying with Ritz, and maybe like a layer of caramelized onions. Well wait maybe to far, but it needs something else. Bacon jam there we go 😅

Yeah, sorry, I don't think I would have been brave enough to ruin a good cheesecake with powdered Mac n Cheese dust....
Both of these foods are delicious by themselves, but combined? Don't even sound good
Logan_McPhillips@reddit
It isn't just the dust on top. There are two packages of the powder in the cheesecake, plus two packages of the cheez-whiz-like paste from the Deluxe KD. I'm addition to the regular cream cheese.
It's OK, certainly not the abomination that you'd think it to be. Really, it's basically just an unexciting cheese ball presented as flat cylinder instead of a sphere.

Yeah, that's pretty ominous.

ok, hear me out... what if the cheesecake was actually savory? with jalapeno and ham in it, and the crust maybe ritz or goldfish crackers?

Bro put essentially pure salt on their cheesecake😂

I’d try it 🤷♀️
OneTangerine792@reddit
Did you make it or is it from a place?
DeathByMapleSyrup@reddit (OP)
I did not make it. Kraft Dinner as a company did this to us Canadians.
x0mbigrl@reddit
Where did it come from? Name and shame.
zactotum@reddit
As an American, I’m disgusted, well done.
lanch-party@reddit
This is exactly what those prepackaged Japanese cheesecakes taste like to me
Bella_LaGhostly@reddit
That seems like a waste of cheesecake honestly

I can't imagine doing cheesecake work and then putting cheeze dust on the top.
Critical-Chemist-860@reddit
To be fair, this one looks like minimal work
